You can look at some individuals, and never imagine what goes on, behind the scenes and what they are going through and enduring, in emotional turmoil.
Their surface visual looks and charasmatic behaviour, can hide an almost unimaginable source of emotional baggage, which they can be carrying around with them.
How does one even attempt to confront these issues one is holding onto, often unconsciously. This is where mental awareness and realization come into play along with an inner emotional strength.
If one is prepared, to take the required mental and behavioural journey, one can learn and understand how better to deal with one's thinking abilites and emotional and mental baggage.
However; it does require a level of commitment, and an inner strength to admit that there are issues at play in the first place. It also requires inner determination to admit, that one has baggage that they require dealing with.
